This page is the short version of what you can hold this service to. Four commitments, and an honest line about where they stop.
The phone is answered around the clock
The phone is covered 24/7, including weekends and holidays, because that is when most of these calls actually come in.
Nothing to pay for being connected
Calling and being connected is free. There is no fee, no membership and no booking charge for using this site. What you agree with the contractor afterwards is between you and them.
You are connected to a local independent contractor
Every contractor on the other end of this line is independent, holds what Utah requires for this work — which in some trades is a licence and in others a registration — and serves Salt Lake City and the towns around it. Ask to see it, and the insurance certificate with it.
Not the right contractor? Call again
Should the match go wrong, one more call puts you in touch with a different contractor. No fee, no form, no explanation needed beyond “that one did not work out”.
The part this service cannot promise
These are commitments about a connection, not about construction. The contractor is an independent business and the job is their contract with you — so get the scope, the price and any workmanship guarantee from them, in writing, before work starts.
